Captains Chair , c.1850 (SOLD)
An unusual 19th century English armchair covered in an old close-nailed buttoned red leather, with yoke-shaped arm supports, the overstuffed seat on six turned walnut legs with brass-capped toes and castors joined by small stretchers and surmounted by a turned finial.
